01. HOW MY ORDER WILL BE PACKAGED?

02. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO DELIVER THE STEROIDS?
We offer next day delivery to all over Canada.
Before 1 PM: Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the following day.
Weekend orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, with delivery expected on Tuesday. So, receive your order within 24 hours expected weekend.
03. THE EXPECTED SHIPMENT DATE HAS PASSED
Sometimes delays can occur if our suppliers are late, public holidays, or postal system issues. If your order has not arrived by the expected shipment date, please contact us and we will look into the matter. It may be that we have incomplete shipment details, or that the information you have supplied is incorrect. In such cases we will contact you to verify the information.
04. MY ORDER HAS BEEN LOST OR DELAYED FOR SOME TIME
Orders are considered lost if they have not been delivered within 28 days of the order placement. While we try to keep to our delivery schedule, there may be unforeseen delays from time to time. In the event of a significant delay, an investigation may not begin immediately. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact customer support if they believe their order is lost or significantly delayed. If the order is not delivered within 28 days, the customer may request a refund.
